Taohua Village is located in Qingjiangqiao town, Xinning county, with 405 households and 1407 villagers. There are a total of 13 village groups and 41 party members. In the past, Taohua Village was an underdeveloped village due to its inconvenient transportation, poor resources and uneven public sentiments.
